At the annual conference of the Nebraska Methodists, In session at Falls City, the Rev. F. E. Blackmoor was today expelled from the ministry and from membership Sa the church. Blackmoor lived In Kansas fcefore oomlngr to Nebraska, and had been a preacher only two years, having: the cbw-ch at Tecumsoh, Nob. "While there it was charged that he was guilty of Im moral conduct, that he used profanity in pttfeMc. and that he had been caught in many lies. On all these charges he was feend guilty, and the conference verdict against him was unanimous. Rev. A. M.
