Teterson Pays $125,000 for Choice Realty. The deed was recorded yesterday by which the LIpman, Wolfe & Co. annex on Fourth street, between "Washington and Alder, was sold, through S. Rosenblatt, to J. H. Petersen, the consideration being $125,000. It Is notable that this property Is next to the Washington building and behind the Dekum building, both owned by Charles Sweeny, of Spokane, and to the south is neighbor to the Belvedere, owned by the heirs of the John Wilson estate. The property Just changed hands has 75 feet frontage on Fourth street, and is 100 feet deep. Mr. Potersen has bought this property as an investmnet. not as a speculation, and later on will erect several additional stories to the present building. He has various other business interests In the real estate line, but says that he intends the property he has just bought as a nest egg for his old age. DAILY METEOROLOGICAL REPORT.
