CINCINNATI, May 2. The motion of
District Attorney Sullivan, of Cleveland,
asking: that the United States Circuit
Court o Appeals advance the hearing of
the case of Mrs. Cassle L. Chadwick, was
set for hearing today. Mr. Sullivan argued
that unless the case is heard before the
Fall term of court Justice "will suffer.
The motion was presented to the court
and was taken under advisement.
