hereby given that the City of Condon, Gil
liam County. Oregon, will receive proposals
for the purchase of thirty thousand
($30,000.00) dollars par value In amount
ot negotiable coupon bonds of said city;
said bonds are of the denomination -of five
hundred dollars, each bearing interest at
the rate of six per cent per annum, pay
able semi-annually on the first day of De
cember and the first day of June of -each
year. Said bonds aro dated the first day
of June. 1005. and the principal thereof Is
payable absolutely on the first day of
June. 1025; principal and interest payable
in U. S. gold coin at the banking-house of
Kountze Brothers, in the City and State
of New York. Sealed proposals must be
addressed to the Recorder of the City o
Condon, Gilliam County. Oregon. Bids
will be received up to the hour of four
o'clock P. M. of Monday, the 15th day of
May, 1903, and will be opened by the Re-,
corder of said city at his office In Condon.

highest bidder, but not for less than their

the trustee of the estate of F. G. Tilly, a
bankrupt, has made a report aa such, and
haa been ordered to sell the property which
is hereinafter briefly described, and that he
will offer for sale, for cash, to the highest
and best bidder, the personal property of
the above estate In lots and parcels as here
inafter set forth, and will receive for the
