WEATHER CONDITIONS. During the last 12 hours fair weather pre vailed In the Willamette Valley and the Sound country, but eleewhere In the North Pacific States it continued stormy. The following high winds occurred during the day: Pocatello, 34 miles, southeast; Boise, 80 miles, south west, and Sacramento, 28 mllea, southwest. It Is unusually cool east of the Cascade Mountains, and at 6 P. M. snow was reported falling at Spokane, Wash., and Pocatello, Idaho. Light frosts occurred generally in Western Oregon and Western Washington Wednesday morning. The Indications are for showers in this dis trict Thursday. WEATHER FORECASTS.
