Hendricks and others in the Butte Creek Land. Lumber & Live stock case in Wheeler County, in which indictment the company was charged with having fenced up a large part of the Government land in Wheeler Coun ty contrary to the laws of the United States. It was supposed that he was in the interior of the state but the offi cers have not been able to And him and he is given up as lost All of the other defendants under in 'dlctment have either deposited their bonds with the court or have been al lowed to go on their own recognizance with the knowledge and consent of the Government.
