June G. 1903. The board of trustees of the
Oregon State Insane Asylum hereby invites
sealed proposals for furnishing the following
supplies to the Institution, for the six months
ending December 31. 1903: Groceries, mill
feed and Sour, meats and fish, dry goods,
drugs, stationery, leather and findings, boots
and shoes, plumbing, hardware, tinware and
tinning, crockery and glassware. Lists of
said supplies will be furnished by the clerk
of the board upon application. Samples can
be seen at the asylum, and goods must be

be in strict accordance with sample in origi
nal packages when possible, and delivered
at the State Insane Asylum within 20 days
after the contract Is awarded, and bids must
be cn blank forms, which will be furnished,
together with Instructions to bidders, by the
clerk, upon application. Each bid on flour
or meat must be accompanied by a certified
check of $300, and each bid on fish by a
certified check of $75. and all other bids by
certified checks equal to 10 per cent of the
amount bid, checks of unsuccessful bidders

velopes, and directed to the board, care of
