There has been a decided decrease in pres
sure over the North Pacific States, which In
dicates the approach of a disturbance from the
ocean. Cloudiness has increased In "Western
Oregon and "Washington during the last 12
hours, but as yet no rain or snow has fallen
in this district.
It is unseasonably cold In "Western Oregon,
while in Northeastern "Washington and South
astern Idaho it Is warmer than usual.
