Intends to Issue funding bonds to the amount
of one hundred thousand ($100,000.00) dol
lars, for the purpose of funding and cancel
ing bonds of said county for the some
amount, issued January first (1st), 1802;
Which bonds shall be in denominations of not
less than one hundred dollars, nor more than
