Phenomenally cold weather for the season of the year continues In the Sound country, and heavy snow fell Sunday In nearly all por tions of Washington, even extending to the coast, along the Strait of Juan de Fuca, The storm causing this unusual weather Is now central off the mouth of the Columbia River. The barometer is highest over Montana. There has been a fall in temperature of from 6 der. to 14 deg. In the Pacific North west, and the Indications are that cold weather with snow will continue another 24. hours over the greater portion of the distriet Storm warnings are displayed at Neah Bay.
