WEATHER' CONDITIONS.
A high-pressure area of considerable magni
tude Is central this evening off the mouth of the
Columbia River. The pressure Is lowest over
Cni"nrma. With the exception of a few light
scattering showers alone the coast, generally
fair weather has reraHed In the North Pa
cific States durlnr the last 12 hours. The
temperature has fallen over Eastern Oregon
and Eastern Washington, but elsewhere a
slight rise Is noted It is generally below the
normal east of the Cascades. The Indications
are for fair and warmer weather la this dis
trict Friday,
