"WEATHER CONDITIONS.
The barometer 1b rising over Western Wash-
lrgion and falling -over Oregon and Northern
California, but there are no pronounced high
or low - pressure areas trest of the Rocky
Mountains. Heavy rains have fallen In West
ern Oregon and Western Washington, and
light rains in the eastern portions of these
states. The temperatures are about season
able, except in tho Interior of California, -where
Bit Is very warm. The Indications are that the
Bpresent threatening and unsettled weather
u-lll continue for another 24 hours, and that
occasional showers will occur In the North Pa
fcific States.
