"WEATHER SYNOPSIS.
Rain has fallen generally over "Washington.
Oregon. Idaho and California, and continues
along the coast tonight. The temperature has
risen over Montana some 1C to 24 deg., and in
less degree over the Pacific Northwest. A low
pressure or etorm area Is now central over
"Western British Columbia, which will move
rapidly eastward, causing a continuance of
warmed weather over Eastern "Washington,
Northern Idaho and Montana. The cold wave
Is now completely broken. On the California
and Oregon coasto the pressure has begun to
rtee. and high southerly winds are expected
along the Northwest Coast and Sound and
Straits tonight.
