WEATHER SYNOPSIS.
Rain has fallen over Western Washington In
the past 12 hours, but not over Oregon and
Eastern Washington. Now, however, tlje storm
area appears to have an eastward movement,
end rain will extend to the east of the Cas
cades. Rain has fallen at Red Bluff, CaL There
has been but slight change In the temperature
In the Paclfio Northwest. West of the Cas
cades the thermometer reads from 40 to 46 deg.
East of them it reads from 30 to 36 deg. In
Montana and the Dakotas the temperature has
fallen. The low area Is still off the coast of
Washington and Oregon. All along the coast
the pressure has fallen.
