duty, to appoint the countv surveyor of said County
of Washington, to ilellue biadntiea, from time to time,

er they shall deem it proper to to do.

the duty of the collector of taxes for aaid county,
whenever the ownor or keeper of any dog or doge
hall neglect or retime to pay tlie lux tliuraon, to kill,
or cuuae to be kilieil, overv and all audi doge.

ty, in proportion to the amount of business tlie person
