Fromnted by an honest desire of my heart. I wish to
lay befoie the public a case which deserves a high com

that of humanity, also. About two years ago, I sud
denly snd from causes unknown to me. was seized with
a fit "of kpilfpsv. which, owing to my inability to meet
tlie e.xpens s consequent npon a morongn medical treat
ment, and tue discouragement vuicli 1 met witu oa
attempting it, soon became such (as I was then led to
leiieve.) as to defy the skill of any physician. I was
frequently, while in pursuit of mycailing. thrown down
to the ground without the slightest waruiug, and al
though insensible to tne agonies, t'et I despised the mis

previous to my affletion tasted the sweets of life, I once
more was induced to attempt seekms aid of a physician
and, by re- oimendation. called upon Dr. L. J. Czap

to reward him for his services regardless of which,
however, he at once undertook my case, and with the
hlessing of God, I was once more restored to perfect
health. Cnable to reward him for the boon which I
enjoy at present, and yet conscious of my indebted
ness. I consider it due to myseir and to all afflicted, to
make the case public, in order that those in need of
medical advice may find a physician in whom every
confidence can be placed.
