the degree was made lo the Facility, it was accompanied bv
allidav its and testimonials to the clli-ct that. Dr. Czupk.iv,
was a regular graduate M. D. of the Cuiversily of Pesth,
had served as a surgeon in the Hungarian army, and w as
a regular practitioner of medicine. On the strength of
these the degree was granted. The ad eunih'tn degree,
as ils name implies, is conferred on graduates only, and
