J. Czapkay. When the application for the degree was made to the Faculty, it was accompanied by allidavits and testimonials to tho effect that Dr. Czupkav, was a regular graduate M. 1). of the University of Pestii, had served us a surgeon in the Hungarian army, and waa a regular practitioner of medicine. On the htrength of these the degree was granted. The ad eundera degree, as its name implies, is conferred on graduates only, and gives us new privileges.
