seat of Col. Kelly in the Senate from this

precinct, where Kelly had 45 majority,
there are not twenty legal voters, and of
these the largest ortion voted against
Kelly. Tha illegal voters came from
Washington Territory. A similar state of
tilings existed in the Walln-Wiilla precinct.
, We think there is no doubt that Logan
will secure his scat by a large majority.
