IN nnswer to the frequent inquiries made of me,
I will say that I am intending: to put tin a
building near Oregon City for a permanent school,
oil a plan suitable tn the wants of our new Stale.
I expeut to have my arrangements all made by
the first of October (except a teacher from the
States). Our means ol instruction, our appara
tus, maps, Ixoks, and the internal arrangement
of the school, will be such as will compare favora
bly with any school ou the Pucifio coast, and auch
as will recommend themselves to all who may
come to school to learn. Further particulars may
be obtained by inquiring of the aubscriber. Par
ticular attention will be given to those who may
