of thn office of the Clerk of tha District Court for
the First Judicial District of Oregon, to m direct
ed, in favor of Daniel Huthaway against James
in nud Th.omtis W. Tucker, I shall sell to the
highest bidder for cash at the court-house daor in
Oregon City, in Clackamas county, on Monday
the 3 1st day of August, 1857, at 2 o'clock P. v., a
certain flnuring-mill building erected by said Lea
and Tucker, on the east bunk of the Willamttt
river, oil Ihe land claim of Lot YVkilcomb, in the
town uf. Milwaukee, in aaid county, together with
the land on which the sum situated, not ex
ceeding one half acre the aid building being
three stories high, including th basement, aud
