Iu one week not long ago three old and experienced operators tried It, and quit because of the Intri cate messages. Mr. Perrlan, assistant to Supt. Tay lor, In despair wired his old friend, O. W. Hose, ticket agent at Mount Marlon, next above Kingston: "If you llnd any one who can do It tell him to come down and go to work at the West 42d street station."
