PAYROLL ACCOUNTANT
MATH
TEACHER
MIDDLE & HIGH
SCHOOL TEACHER
This position will be solely
responsible for preparing
the County payroll and
maintaining all related
records. This position
will complete all monthly,
quarterly and annual payroll
reports, generate annual
W-2 earnings statements
and 1095 health care cov-
erage reports. The suc-
cessful candidate will have
knowledge of accounting
practices, including the
ability to read and under-
stand accounting entries.
They will remain current,
familiar and compliant with
all Federal, State and local
laws regarding Payroll. This
role will handle confiden-
tial matters with respect;
showing professionalism in
customer service. This role
will deal with the General
Public.
Knowledge:
High School Diploma re-
quired. Associates degree
and 3 recent years experi-
ence in payroll in a finance
department; or college level
courses in accounting and
4 recent years experience in
payroll in a finance depart-
ment; or 5+ recent years
experience in payroll in a
finance department; or any
satisfactory combination of
education, experience as
determined by the hiring
authority.
