The project was not without its challenges,
from bid day to completion there were over
30 substantial changes to the scope of work
and an additional 20 plus work change
directives made in the field.
We want to personally thank all of the
property and business owners adjacent to the
project. Our team is well aware of the incon-
venience of a construction project of this
magnitude. We can all be thankful that it is
complete!
We sincerely hope everyone can appreciate
the monumental effort of Crestline, The City
of Hood River, and The Urban Renewal
District.
