‘GOOD PEOPLE’
TO OPEN MAY 8
Bingo is the setting as the trying lives of
South Boston residents intertwine in oft-
surprising ways, in David Lindsay Abaire‘s
“Good People”.The drama with some very
realistic humor is the newest CAST pro-
duction, opening May 8 at Columbia Cen-
ter for the Arts. Kim Robichaud (Jean), cen-
ter, reacts to news from Stevie (Angel
Reyes) while Dottie (Rona Klein) checks
her cards. This is the first CAST appearance
for Reyes and Klein, while Robichaud has
appeared in numerous shows since the
mid-1990s. Judie Hanel directs, in her last
full production since helping found CAST
in 1977, See Happenings, page A9 for tick-
ets and times.
