and reading room can be established
soon.
An enjoyable social was held at
the parsonage Friday evening under
the auspices of the Kpworth league.
Despite the bad weather, a large

Portland nightly insulting the decent, law-abiding citizens
and openly reviling the flag. They have sent representa
tives to surrounding towns and in the name of free speech
denounce the efforts to remove them from the streets. In

The employers of Oregon are not slave drivers, as is
claimed by those who live by the sweat of their poor deluded
victims. This fact is self-evident in any part of the state.
