DAM SITE ON THE WHITE SALMON RIVER IS MOVED Stone & Webster, the Seattle con tractors who are building a dam on the White Salmon Klver five miles north of L'uderwood for the North western Tower Company, have teen compiled to move half a mile north of the present site, lelng unable to find bedrock. Neither of these statements Is true. On the creation of Hood Hirer county in l'.HK, Prof. K. K. Coad. su perintendent of the Hood Hirer schools, was appointed by the gov ernor school superintendent of the new county. Ou his resignation a little over one year later, F.rnest C.
