She met Mr. Knapp In the state of
Kansas In the early part of the year

In marriage May 119. Later they
came to Portland, where Mr. Knapp

business for a dozen years. Four

where they have relded since.

one daughter to mourn, nil -jf whom
were at her bedside much of the time
during her lllnen and constantly dur
ing the last three da .
The funeral wa held at Flnley'

Saturday. February St, where a large
number of friend met to pay their
last tribute. Sunday, the 10th, the
remain were brought to Hood Itlver
and laid away to rest In the Idlewlld
cemetery. A few of the friend ;ind

Her life has been one of devotion to
her family. Inning the month of
suffering she was patient and kind
and won the love of physician and
