With the alii of district Inspectors, Commissioner Huntley for two years has been making a careful rccoid of the actual unrulier of the different kinds of.frult trees In each and every orchard In the state ami the acreage devoted to orchards. In many of the counties this actual count Is com plete to January 1, VMi. The report shows a totnl of 14,!W7, 0S2 frnlt trees In t he state of Wash Ington, with 2lMJ,S.s(i acres, besides which there Is the following fruit acreage: Small fruits.
