FRANZ CORNER ENDS ANOTHER RUNAWAY A runaw ay team came tearlngdown Oak street Sunday, pulling a buggy containing the driver and a man stationed behind the seat. As usual, the horses bolted for the Franz Hard ware Co.'s commodious building, where they endeavored to plunge down Into the basement, but skid ded on the cement walk, only the pole entering the window. The buggy was smashed to some extent, but no Injuries were-received by the men or horses. It Is said that the driver showed an unusual state of coolness.
