While he was organizing church work at White Salmon, Wash., Mrs. Klgby founded the church at Carson, Wash., and collected the first money for the edi fice. For ten years she was the head of the W. F. M. S. of her home church. and an active meniiier of the W. C. T. 1J. and held a Matron's medal from an oratorical contest In that society. She was a member of the Kellef Corps of Hood Kiver, and also the organ izer and lending factor In the Ameri can Woman's league of this city.
