BRINGS SUIT AGAINST COUNTY (Continued from Pare 1) due Went! for copying the records, and that the cost of comparing and making corrections was fllso. The county charged the expense of com paring and correcting to Wentz and gave him credit for the f'.Hlo.tiO, which left Wentz owing the county $2111.40. Wentz claims It was no fault of Ids that the county had to compare the records, and when It did compare them, if It found mistakes It could not correct them and charge the ex pense to 1dm, unless he wan first no tilled of the defects and given an op portunity to make the corrections at his own expense, and therefore brought suit. The case, when at Issue and ready j for trial, will probably be tried In another county, as the Jurors In this ' county would have to be tax-payers ' and are Interested In the outcome of the action.
