Cottage & Garden Tour to focus on Presidential Streets neighborhood BY LISSA BREWER At the Cannon Beach cottage of Pat and Craig Tulip, a blue Crafts- man-style bungalow nestled against a tall row of hem- lock and pine trees, not a single object is out of place. Not the white wicker tea cart and blooming rose bushes adorning the South- ern-style front porch, or Mittens, the couple’s tux- edo cat, resting in the liv- ing room on a folded blan- ket next to a row of books.
