Seaside Elks donate $2,000 to food bank
Huanosta wins PEO scholarship
SEASIDE — The Seaside Elks Lodge No. 1748, which was instituted on July 8, 1948, by Astoria Elks
Lodge No. 180, recently celebrated its 74th anniversary; it has been at its present location since
1954. On July 19, the Seaside Elks presented a check for $2,000, a grant from the Elks National
