Advertising Sales Assistant
The Astorian and Seaside
Signal are seeking an
Advertising Sales Assistant. In
this role you’ll perform data
entry and advertising sales
assisting duties, along with
providing professional and
friendly service to our
customers by phone and
through email.
Skills needed include the
ability to stay organized while
working on multiple tasks,
quick and accurate data entry,
communicating through phone
calls and emails, accurate
spelling and good grammar.
You’ll need a driver’s license
and reliable transportation to
run local errands. Must be able
to pass driving and
background checks.
After initial in-office training,
this position may work from
home up to 50% of the time,
with regular weekly work
required in-person at the
Astorian office.
This position works 37.5 hours
per week, Monday through
Friday, during business hours.
Hourly pay plus incentives and
commissions.
