performs multifaceted hands-on construction activities as
well as supervise/coordinate direct labor and subcontractors
in the commercial market sector.

• Strong time management skills.

• Must be able to pass background check.

• Schedule project needs i.e. permit inspections, ordering
equipment/materials.

any task. The job entails installing septic systems, loading & hauling rock
& materials, sewer line repairs & installs, and water line repairs & installs.
Lot clearing & stump removals etc. Need someone detail-oriented that can
keep paperwork in order. This position is located in Ocean Park.

Must have a valid driver’s license, willing to work weekends at times,
plumbing experience required, license would be a bonus. All aspects of
plumbing, from service to new construction.
