group Great American Trainwreck will per-
form as part of the Waikiki Beach Concert
Series within Cape Disappointment State
Park at 7 p.m. on Saturday.

“Beach & Bird,” a juried exhibition show-
ing works focused on beauty and wildlife of
the Oregon Coast, on Wednesday at 11 a.m.
Among the exhibition’s featured artists
is Terri Neal. A reception will also be held
from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. on July 2.
Works by featured artists will be on dis-

CANNON BEACH – Bluegrass group
Floating Glass Balls will perform in Can-
non Beach at 5 p.m. on Thursday at City
Park at 2nd and Spruce streets.
The show will take place as part of
“Buskers in the Park,” a series of outdoor
performances by regional musicians.
This event is free and open to the pub-
lic, and is subject to cancellation based on

Guitarist to perform at
Peninsula Arts Center
LONG BEACH, Wash. – Guitarist Carl
Tosten is set to perform at 4 p.m. on Satur-
day at the Peninsula Arts Center.
Tosten’s acoustic, fi nger style composi-
tions experiment with alternate tunings and
multiple capos to build a single instrument
soundscape.
Admission for the show is $20. Doors
open at 3:30 p.m. Seating will be limited.

Jazz pianist set to perform in
Cathlamet
CATHLAMET, Wash. – Jazz pianist
Davis Rogan will perform in the lobby of
the Hotel Cathlamet on Sunday at 5 p.m.
With classic New Orleans rhythm and
blues, Rogan brings a unique twist to the
Northwest, with an extensive original reper-
toire of music.
There is a suggested donation of $5 for
the show. The hotel’s tavern will be open
