PENDING PLANNING DIRECTOR DECISION
The Seaside Planning Department has received the following re-
quest:
22-029V: A variance request by Scott Mitchell in conjunction with
the applicant’s request to allow a three-bedroom vacation rental (22-
028VRD) at 1043 S Columbia St. (T6-R10-21DB-TL11003). The
property is currently zoned High Density Residential (R-3) and the
existing parking for the zero lot line townhome takes up more than
50% of the required front yard. The applicant wants to maintain the
