The Habitat Conservation Stamp entries must feature an eligible spe- cies from the Oregon Conservation Strategy; the Waterfowl Stamp Con- test must feature the greater scaup; and the Upland Game Bird Stamp Contest must feature the mountain quail. All three category entries must be depicted in their natural habitat. The winning artist in each contest receives a $2,000 award and the art- work is used to produce collector’s stamps and other promotional items, with sale proceeds benefi ting Ore- gon’s fi sh, wildlife and their habitats.
