CITY COUNCIL
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Seaside
will conduct a public hearing Monday, January 10, 2022, at 7:00
PM, in the Council Chambers, at Seaside City Hall, 989 Broadway.
The purpose of the hearing is to take public testimony regarding
Ordinance #2022-01, granting an Electric Utility Franchise and
General Utility Easement to Pacificorp. After the effective date of
the acceptance of this franchise, 7 percent (7%) of its gross reve-
nues derived from within the corporate limits of the City.
All interested persons are invited to attend the meeting and submit
oral testimony in favor of or in opposition to the proposal.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Clatsop County Board
of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing at 6:00 PM on
Wednesday, January 12, 2022, to consider the following:
Ordinance #21-05, amending Section 1.0500, 2.9000 and 3.9500-
3.9800 of the Clatsop County Land and Water Development and
Use Code as follows:

eliminate or update outdated methodologies and practices

update code citations and terminology

codify existing practices

revise the minimum-required standards for roadway
construction, in some cases increasing the required travel
width

may be obtained at reasonable cost. A copy of the ordinance will
