Notice is hereby given that the Astoria Community Development
Department has received the following request:
1.
Amendment to Existing Permit Request (AEP21-15) by Don
Patterson, CKRD LLC, to add an outdoor storage enclosure
at 2260-2264 Marine Dr. (Map T8N R9W Section 8DA, Tax
Lots 1300 & 1400), in the LS (Local Service), Civic Green-
way Overlay, and Gateway Overlay Zones. This request
would amend existing Design Review Permit DR13-04. The
following criteria are applicable to this request: Astoria De-
velopment Code Articles 2 (LS Zone specifically), 3 (Addi-
tional Land Use and Development Standards), 7 (Off-Street
Parking and Loading), 9 (Administrative Procedures), and 14
(Civic Greenway Overlay and Gateway Overlay Zones spe-
cifically).
In accordance with Astoria Development Code Articles 9, a de-
cision on the request will be processed administratively by the
Community Development Department. A copy of the application,
all documents and evidence relied upon by the applicant and ap-
plicable criteria are available for inspection at no cost and will be
provided at reasonable cost. All such documents and information
are available by contacting the Community Development De-
