The Oregon Health Authority - Drinking Water Services has de-
termined that the proposed drinking water Phase I and II of Water
Resiliency Project for the Cannon Beach Water System conform to
the criteria and requirements of Oregon Administrative Rules 333-
061-0063 and the supporting environmental review process guid-
ance manual. The project -- which involves reservoir hydrants,
seismic valving, and control improvements at the City’s reservoirs,
and replacement of existing water transmission line from the City’s
springs to the water treatment plant and continuing down to the
City-owned RV Park -- is therefore categorically excluded from
further environmental review under the Drinking Water Revolving
Loan Fund program as allowed in the above referenced rules. A
