The City of Astoria’s Historic Landmarks Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. in the
Astoria City Hall, Council Chambers, 1095 Duane Street, Astoria.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider the following request:
1.
New Construction Request (NC21-05) by Abby Goodman for
Paul and Julie Carlisle to construct a single-family dwelling at
425 40th Street in the R-2 Zone. The structure will be adjacent
to structures designated as historic in the Adair-Uppertown
Historic Inventory Area. Development Code Standards in
Sections 2.060 to 2.095, 3.158, Articles 6, 9, Comprehensive
Plan Sections CP.005 to CP.028, CP.070 to CP.075, CP.240
to CP.255, CP.215 to CP.230 are applicable to the request.
