Our whole department served patients throughout the pandemic in both
the inpatient and outpatient setting, while maintaining a patient experience
average of greater than 90% for overall rating of care. We treated and
supported our patient population, as we worked through the many process
changes and offered support to other departments when staffing was at
its greatest need. We worked diligently to maintain the highest standard of
safety. We treated patients with all diagnosis and conditions and continued to
greet them with a smile.
