Community Service Officer Paul Knoch has been
a great addition to the team. He is responsible
for animal control, code compliance, parking
enforcement and many other tasks around the city.

she do? She helps
keep people safe all
around, people just
like me and you. Sometimes in the morning and
sometimes in the night, my mama goes to work to
make sure everything’s alright.” Deputy Jodi Libertad
started her law enforcement career with Cannon
Beach Police Department and now works as a Patrol
Deputy for Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office where
she will soon take on a new role as Detective. When
she isn’t on the job, Deputy Libertad stays busy with
three kids, a wife, and a dog.
Seaside Police Department
(left to right) School Resource Officer Gagnon has
been with SPD since 2018, Detective Vaughan since
2015 and Detective Sergeant Gregory since 2017.
