    Piano trio returns to Astoria
ASTORIA — The Hermitage Piano
Trio will return to Astoria’s Liberty The-
atre in November for a special, newly
announced bonus performance.
The ensemble will perform one night
only, on Nov. 16 at 7 p.m. Tickets range
from $15 to $35.
The Hermitage Piano Trio is comprised
of Sergey Antonov on cello, Ilya Kazant-
sev on piano and Misha Keylin on violin.
Descending from the great Russian musi-
cal tradition, the Hermitage Piano Trio is
distinguished by its exuberant musicality,
interpretative range and sumptuous sound.
Based in the United States, the trio has
performed for audiences on major cham-
ber music series in Los Angeles, New
York, Boston, Philadelphia, Washington,
D.C., Tucson, Portland, Mexico and New
Orleans.

Raffl e tickets are available for pur-
chase at the museum for $20, and the win-
ner will receive an original signed silver
print by the late Dirk Sweringen, donated
by his estate.
GEARHART — The Trail’s End Art
Association Gallery will feature the work
of two artists in an upcoming show.
Richard Newman will present his
series of black and white fi ne art photog-
raphy featuring bridges and transporta-
tion. Also featured are the imaginative
