Notice is hereby given that the Astoria Community Development
Department has received the following request:

Variance Request (V21-21) by John and Shannon Maddox
to vary from lot coverage standards at 218 Franklin St. (Map
T8N R9W Section 7DD, Tax Lot 4400), in the R-2 (Medium
Density Residential) Zone. This request would allow an addi-
tion on the property to exceed the maximum lot coverage of
40% lot area. The following criteria are applicable to this re-
