ORS 223.935-223.950, will be holding a public hearing to consider
legalization and dedication of a portion of Maritime Road and 54th
Street for street, road, right-of-way, and public utility purposes. No
record of an easement or public dedication of Maritime Road and
54th Street is known to exist.
The survey and staff report are available for inspection at no cost,
