A L O U D T U R R E T X SEASIDE — A parade and ceremony will commemorate the centennial of the Seaside Promenade on Saturday. The 1.5-mile Prom has become one of the most iconic coastal landmarks in the Pacifi c Northwest. The Prom Centennial Parade will begin at 10 a.m. at 989 Broadway. The parade route will follow the historic location of Seaside’s train station and continue west down Broad- way to the Turnaround.
