August 5, 2021 by Jeff Harrington, Public Works Director, City of

toria, Oregon 97103.
In general terms, the WWTP Improvement Project includes new
flow measurement, screening, influent grit removal, pond baffles,

finalized in 2019 for this project and it has Oregon Department
of Environmental Quality support. This project is planned to be a

becomes available.
The request for SOQ document may be reviewed and/or obtained
from the Public Works’ Engineering Division, first floor, City Hall,
1095 Duane Street, Astoria, Oregon; Phone (503) 338-5173. All
firms who intend to submit a SOQ must register as a prospective
proposer with the Public Works Department. Standard selection
criteria include, but are not limited to: project understanding and
approach, availability, ability to meet project schedules and expe-
rience.
SOQ’s received after the above specified time will not be consid-
ered. The carrier, including the United States Postal Service, is
considered an agent of the proposer.
